We are thrilled to announce the launch of Fluidity ($FLY) Early Access round, exclusively for $MOBY stakers.

Fluidity ($FLY) Early Access round is an exclusive opportunity for the Moby community to be at the forefront of the $FLY ICO. $MOBY stakers from the Snapshot #3, took place on 8 March, will be eligible to participate with favorable terms.

Fluidity is the blockchain incentive layer that rewards people for using their cryptocurrencies, backed by Multicoin Capital, Circle Ventures, Solana Ventures and reputable crypto investors in the space.

750,000 $USDC sold at $35 million FDV, with a vesting schedule of 50% on TGE and 3 months vesting, in a monthly vesting schedule

Mechanism: Overflow

What is the Overflow model?
- Eligible $MOBY stakers can contribute up to 25% of their total worth of staked $MOBY to participate in the ICO, and the final allocation will be based on the amount of funds each staker put in as percentage of all funds put in by other stakers at the end of the Early Access.
- $MOBY price will be based on the snapshot (8 March, 2PM UTC): 1.3117 USD
  (1 $USDC = 1 $USDT)
- Users will reclaim any leftover funds after the contribution period ends.

Note: If you commit a very small amount of $USDC compared to the total amount committed by others, your contribution may be such a small part of the total that you may not qualify for even a small portion of the tokens sold.

In such a case, you can still reclaim all committed funds.
